Why am I not getting notifications?

Typically, you will just need to turn on or adjust your notification settings on your phone Settings page.

Here are some steps you can take to enable notifications:

For iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) -

- Go into your device's Settings menu.
- Tap 'Notifications.'
- Swipe down the list and tap the LASSO app.
- Turn on the "Allow Notifications" setting. (Enabling the "Show in Notification Center" setting can also help to ensure that these notifications can be seen.)

For Android devices -

- Go into your device's Settings menu.
- Tap 'Applications.'
- Swipe down the list and tap the LASSO app.
- Tap 'Notifications.'
- Enable the "Allow Notifications" setting.
